As the agency that’s all about kick starting Talkability® (the buzz that takes over and does your best marketing for you) we’ve developed a proprietary campaign planning and measurement tool; The Talkability Index (patent pending).
The algorithm uses 6 different metrics: media reach, social engagement, social shares, impressions and others (we can’t give away all our secrets ????) each with a custom weighting to reflect their unique role in creating Talkability®.

Developed in partnership with Professor Stephen Bishop, UCL Mathematics, The Talkability Index is an algorithm that enables Frank to predict and measure the outcome of our campaigns, creating a Talkability score from 0-100.

Where 0 = no-one talked about the campaign and 100 = the story caught fire, trended on social, was all over breakfast TV, got debated in parliament, the internet took over and everyone talked about it over a pint (or a coffee).
The Talkability Index is used to plan the potential effectiveness of our campaigns, highlighting which of the Talkability ‘levers” are being fully utilised and which could be dialled up further. We’re continuously benchmarking our entire portfolio of brand work to maintain the Talkability Index.
