GG - as he's commonly known - learnt his trade at legendary agency Lynne Franks PR, where he worked his way up through the ranks from trainee to MD. These days he provides strategic and creative guidance and also dispenses wise client counsel given the fact he's been about for so bloody long.

Alex is most likely to quote an inspirational line from an athlete, a marketing text book, or a marvel movie. All are apt from time to time. He’s worked with brands to deliver award winning campaigns for over 20 years. He also has four kids, tries to do CrossFit a few times a week and wears trainers that he is too old for.

Bianca is onto her second stint at Frank having initially worked here for 3 years until 2013. Three babies later she returned to complete some unfinished business in the form of brilliant campaigns that deliver meaningful results for clients.

Mel joined Frank after a 12-year stint with Fever. Bringing a keen eye for detail and the ability to deliver large scale integrated campaigns that punch above their weight and deliver Talkability® with attributable business results. When Mel isn’t working, you’ll find her pummelling a punch bag at 1Rebel, discovering London’s latest gym, restaurant, or bar, or travelling the world…

MARGARET DE WINTER

Head of finance

Margaret gained her ACCA qualification working within the marketing & advertising industry before heading to Australia in 2003 where she worked for Leo Burnett. In 2010 she returned to the UK and spent the next 10 years at Karmarama before joining Frank in February 2021. MdW (as she's known) is a huge fan of spreadsheets but when not engrossed in a tricky reconciliation she enjoys gardening and trying to keep her plants alive.
