BURGER KING TEAMED UP WITH ONE OF THE MOST LEGENDARY UK RAP ARTISTS, TINIE, TO OFFER A BESPOKE VIRTUAL PERFORMANCE OF THE MUSIC MAESTRO’S SUMMER ANTHEM WHOPPA… ON A WHOPPER®.

The partnership meant that for a limited time, Burger King® UK customers will be able to scan a special QR code on their Whopper® burger, which will generate a miniature of Tinie, performing his latest hit ‘Whoppa’, with the iconic signature burger as his stage.
We worked alongside Tinie’s team and BBH to orchestrate a three-phased media strategy; selling in the story under embargo for coverage to land on Tuesday 28th, placing interviews for Tinie with the PA and Mail Online before distributing the QR code to key media on Friday 31st.
We targeted national, consumer, regional, music and PR trade titles to ensure we maximised cutthrough for the campaign.
