CHALLENGE

With no digital storefront, Primark relies on the in-store experience to drive excitement and sales. As lockdown restrictions were lifting, the challenge was to reignite consumer anticipation and footfall by tapping into what customers love most: the thrill of discovery.

SOLUTION

We partnered with five fashion-focused TikTok influencers to create engaging, on-trend 'haul' content using a bespoke audio track. Each influencer showcased their latest finds in-store, choreographed to the same music to signal that Primark was back. The campaign generated millions of views and inspired over 200 additional user-generated videos, turning digital buzz into real-world footfall.
