CHALLENGE
Raise awareness of the breadth of services the Guide Dogs Association offers, beyond the dogs themselves.

We stumbled (literally) upon an real issue effecting many; from parents with buggies, the elderly as well as individual’s who are partially sighted and visually impaired - Christmas trees dumped on pavements, blocking paths and forcing walkers to step into busy roads. An issue for Guide Dogs to tackle head on.


We identified a case study who had experienced the scenario first-hand and wanted to share their story and struggles navigating obstructed pavements. Coupled with expert commentary from a Guide Dogs spokesperson, we drove impactful Talkability® across national, broadcast and social outlets calling for a change in consumer behaviour.
