We stumbled (literally) upon an real issue effecting many, from parents with buggies, the elderly to individual’s who are partially sighted and visually impaired…
Christmas trees dumped on pavements, blocking paths and forcing walkers to step into often busy roads.
Inconsiderate and dangerous. An issue Frank together with Guide Dogs wanted to tackle head on.
Together we identified a case study who had experienced the scenario firsthand and wanted to share their story and struggles navigating obstructed pavements. Coupled with expert commentary from a Guide Dogs spokesperson, we drove impactful talkability across national, broadcast and social outlets calling for a change in consumer behaviour.

PAVEMENT PARKING
Pavement parking is an issue for mothers with prams to wheelchair users. It is also a scenario that’s particularly challenging, stressful and dangerous for those living with visual impairment who cannot see if they can safely pass to avoid stepping into a road of oncoming traffic.
A real life issue Frank and Guide Dogs worked together with the aim to put a stop to.
Using case studies and research, we created a change campaign designed to compel government to take action whilst encouraging the public to get behind and support. Together we raised a petition calling for a long term change to parking law across the UK.
The campaign secured a range of national and regional coverage, including a full page lead in the Daily Express, driving petition signatories to over 7,500.
