CHALLENGE
Reinvigorate the much loved Burton’s Fish ‘N’ Chips classic snack with a big nostalgia hit.

WHAT WE DID

What better way to celebrate the return of an icon, than by partnering with another icon from the same era. We created the first Fish & Chip shop on National Fish n Chip Day, that didn’t serve a single fish or chip.

Instead, we went full chippy with their iconic biscuits - served in paper cones, paired with quirky condiments, and dished up by the nation’s favourite football pundit, Chris Kamara.


We marked the moment by turning up with a fully branded van to the streets of Camden and served over 400 customers our cheeky butties and buns.

THE RESULT

Coverage landed in all the right places: full page in the Daily Star, feature in the Daily Express, and our video on the Mail Online, plus a huge segment on TalkSport that had people tuning in – not to mention the reach Kammy’s social channels secured with over 1 million hits.
